Custom Painting Form

Use the form below to order a custom portrait or pet portrait. For other types of paintings, please email us, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible

Painting prices are based on cost of materials, no. of subjects, and how much time will need to be put into the painting. Below are the starting rates for the paintings, and full price will be calculated once all of your painting details have been received via form.

After you submit, you will receive an email within 2-3 business days with the full calculated price of your painting. DO NOT add the painting to your cart without agreeing to the full price.


  • If you decide to proceed, you'll add the painting to your cart, purchase the size you want, and that will be your deposit

  • After the deposit is received, you will have 2 weeks to pay the rest of your amount. Please do this by mailing a check to the shop, coming into the shop to pay cash, or via Venmo.

  • Once finished, you'll receive an email notification when your painting is ready for pickup at the shop. Please let me know if you need it shipped (that will affect your cost).

  • These are oil paintings, so you will also receive instructions on how to properly care for the painting.
